A message from the British Thought Field Therapy Association
When TFT was introduced in to the UK in 1996, there were very high hopes for its success. Today, the British Thought Field Therapy Association is well established, over 1500 people have followed Algorithm or Diagnostic Training, and increasing numbers of senior Psychologists, Doctors and Consultants are discovering TFT’s remarkable ability to resolve even complex issues in a fraction of the time taken by conventional approaches.
Following a humanitarian effort by a team of practitioners from the USA and UK in 2001, TFT was also adopted by the Chief of Medical Staff in the former Yugoslavian region of Kosova as the treatment of choice for war trauma.
Paul McKenna, probably the most high-profile Psychotherapist in the UK, now uses TFT routinely in his work with complex cases and has found it an invaluable tool in his armoury of techniques. Paul has been demonstrating his confidence in TFT by using it with allegedly impossible cases in both of his Sky One TV series “I Can Change Your Life” and “Paul McKenna Will Make You Thin”
With a growing team of highly experienced trainers and practitioners, the future for TFT in the UK is very bright indeed. If you’re interested in learning more about TFT for personal or family use, or wish to become a practitioner yourself, please visit our training page. We offer one day “Introduction to TFT” courses for the absolute beginner, two or three day courses for more extensive self-help or Practitioner Training and one day Continuing Professional Development courses for those who have trained in TFT already.
We hope you will find time to explore these pages and see for yourself (and even TRY for yourself, for free) what TFT has to offer. There are even a number of self-help options. One thing is certain - you will never have come across something so unusual yet so effective in transforming the quality of a person’s life for the better!
