| As
the theory behind Thought Field Therapy also applies to the animal kingdom
in general it is possible for a skilled practitioner to treat challenging
behavioural problems in a number of species, especially dogs, cats and
horses. This innovative approach has achieved remarkable results
in animals that have not responded to other forms of treatment.
Jo
Cooper, who specialises in the treatment of equestrians and their horses,
has been at the forefront of such TFT applications.
Buster
the Cat
Buster is a lovable rogue of a cat.
He is a large Maine Coon whose jaws are big enough to clamp around an elbow,
which they often did when he was being groomed! Although not vicious,
he used to growl and bite when being brushed. After receiving TFT
algorithm therapy he still growls but has stopped biting.
Dignity
the Horse
Probably arising from a previous
traumatic experience, Dignity was fearful of whips or anything that looked
like one. She would jump to the other side of her stable if her owner
accidentally waved the broom handle as she brushed out the stable, and
would also be afraid if another rider carrying a whip came alongside her.
Within a few minutes of TFT algorithm therapy a whip could be waved around
her back and head with Dignity showing no fear at all.
Please note
that animal treatment is only available in the UK when supervised by a
veterinary surgeon
